The Kanchipuram Heritage Shrine restoration project exemplifies Maanasa's deep respect for the architectural legacy of the Chola dynasty. Working with fragments of the original structure, our team painstakingly reconstructed the mandapam using traditional Jeernoddhara techniques that honour the spiritual integrity of the original builders.

Every restored panel was matched to the original stone grain, and new carvings were executed using the same chisel techniques documented in the Manasara Shilpa Shastra. The project stands as a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern conservation science.

"The restoration work conducted by Maanasa using traditional Jeernoddhara techniques was outstanding. They breathed new life into the Chola-era shrine while respecting its heritage layout."
