Under his stewardship, our institution preserves the sacred proportions, iconographic rules, and spiritual foundations of traditional South Indian temple construction. Kannan Sthapathi was a proud student trained for over 10 years under the legendary Padma Shri awardee Muthiah Sthapati, refining his architectural and sculptural expertise directly under his guidance and carrying forward one of India's most respected Sthapathi traditions.
